    HUGE thank you to Nick Saunders, not only did you correct a bad cut from a different company, you gave me the perfect cut and blow-dry, I left your salon feeling confident and fabulous.     I booked in with Katie Fleeney to have a half head of natural highlights and a wash, cut and blow dry. After 5 hours, Katie had just finished blow drying my hair and I was very unhappy. The appointment had taken longer than the quoted 3 hours and the look was still not finished at this point. The look that I have been left with is a horrible yellow/orange blonde colour and patchy at the root, I have also been left with a massive block of my natural colour in the middle of my hair leaving me looking somewhat like a tiger. I emphasised many times that I wanted a very subtle and natural look, this is not what I have been left with. After my hair was left in an absolute state, I spoke with numerous members of staff whom agreed my hair was not at all right. However, after chasing this daily face-to-face, via telephone and email for well over a week with customer support and the General Manager, I was relentlessly advised nothing would be done to amend the situation. Disgusting service!
