    Shame I have to give this lot one star. They don't deserve a showing of my chocolate starfish!!! Contradictory in their communication. Richard is a bare face liar. Who try's to cover his tracks. They took our money then did a complete uturn on their promises. And gave no satisfactory explanation as to their actions. Don't give them your cash unless you have everything in writing. Do not agree to anything verbally. We were verbally Miss-sold a rental property by Richard. We were told by Emily all we needed to do was complete the tenancy agreement and give them our deposit and first months rent. Only to be told two days later by Susan that the landlord had decided not to go with us and the property would be put back on the market. It's still on the market despite the fact we have never had any problems with credit or referencing and our current property costs more than the one in question. X
